Hello, I'm experiencing a problem where my screens on both monitors seem to jump around briefly while using media, especially when switching between them. My system specs include an Asus B550M-A with Ryzen 9 5900X, NZXT Kraken x63, RX 6600 graphics card, 32GB RAM, a 512GB SSD, and Windows 11. The issue is most visible during media playback on the second monitor while moving the mouse across the first one. It causes a couple of seconds of disruption before everything resumes normally.

I'm pretty sure it was. I switched my system to Windows 11 about two weeks ago, which might be why I don't recall it clearly.
