I need assistance with the recently purchased gaming PC. My goal was to achieve a smooth gaming experience at 1080p with 60 FPS or higher. I managed to get most of it, but some games still show minor stuttering (PUBG, GTA V, Hitman 2). Can someone assist me in resolving this issue?

How much room remains for storage? Often, when space is limited, your game starts to lag.
I’d also recommend boosting your RAM to 16GB, as certain titles require more than 8GB.

142/222 GB, the majority of the games I play don't require more than 8 GB of RAM, which is why I don't believe it's the cause.

It might look odd, but adjusting the MSAA and FXAA settings could help.

The PC needs to operate smoothly without any downgrades, that's the goal. It shouldn't be having issues, particularly since FPS is usually above 60, and the stutter doesn't seem to be tied to FPS dropping below that threshold.

Lowering MSAA/FXAA adjustments makes a big difference. In fact, the performance effects become clearest when these settings are disabled.

Sure, I'll attempt that. If it improves, I'm sure you mean turning down the game I'm playing and not Nvidia's...

It's quite unusual to have a CPU like the 7740X, I didn't expect anyone to purchase it. This will assist in filling your second memory channel. Additionally, I'm running monitoring tools to check if your CPU or GPU is operating at full capacity.

I updated my motherboard to this generation (2066) and chose a CPU that isn't 6 cores because it wouldn't be necessary for most games, especially if you're not streaming. It's sufficient for single-core performance at 4.3 GHz, and it was available at a discount when I bought it. For monitoring tools, the one that came with the GPU (Asus GPU Tweak 2) already shows maximum usage reaching 98% during intense games.
