Your current board is not strong enough, so it's recommended to upgrade to a more reliable one due to the poor VRM performance.

I owned a B450M-A similar model. It handles 4 VRMs with decent performance up to 75A. I wouldn't use it with an A320 chipset either. I bought the B450-I which features x6 VRMs capable of 225A peak and 100A sustained. I believe this is just enough to meet the power needs of a 2700x. It doesn't indicate that your board can't run it, but the BJTs will likely be limited by power. You might try adding a fan directly on the VRMs for better cooling and see if it helps, though. Increasing the LLC level could also be a good idea.

Calibration of the line length improves stability on the main power supply. Under full load, the core can lower sufficiently so transistors halt operation—this triggers a freezing display without any action. This problem has appeared in computing systems since the AM2 socket era, when LLC was introduced.

Everything looks fine now. The board isn't suitable for your chip. The CPU consumes excessive power. You might want to boost the vcore using a positive offset instead.
