Hello,
I own a Redragon Karura 2 K502 RGB keyboard and have noticed that specific keys such as G, M, alt, and down key now function as shortcuts every time I press them. Sometimes certain browsers open, or specific strings are typed automatically, and the alt button even puts the PC into sleep mode or standby. I’ve tried resetting the keyboard online on various devices, but the issue persists—it’s not related to the operating system. Any reset methods you know of would help? Or should I consider replacing the keyboard altogether?

When testing across various devices, does the identical action occur with every keystroke?

Have you explored alternative functional keyboards that work properly on your system?
Have you tested the keyboard on different operating systems? Based on the information, the response is affirmative.
The observed issues point to a potentially stuck CTRL key.
Review recommended Microsoft shortcut key combinations and check if the problem relates to CTRL or another key.

It might seem like strings of text are being typed, but it actually doesn't happen that way.

Other keyboards function properly on my devices, but the one I mentioned has the issues I described across all of them. The letter G in a browser opens the Google Chrome help page. The letter M initiates a random string of characters, while alt activates sleep mode or standby, causing my PC to go black and idle. Arrow keys appear to open a calculator, Microsoft Outlook, minimize windows, or show notifications.

When the issues occur in a predictable pattern, the keyboard seems to be faulty.
