Windows 10 reset didn’t solve the issues with icons and File Explorer. The icons aren’t displaying properly, and the explorer loads files extremely slowly. Clearing the icon cache and increasing its size didn’t help either. Consider checking for system updates, running a disk cleanup, or trying a clean installation if the problem persists.
