Hello. I use a 1700x and RX 2070 with 16GB RAM. After reinstalling Windows, my frame rates have improved noticeably. In games like Overwatch and Modern Warfare, I see steady performance between 180-220 FPS. Modern Warfare ranges from 140-170. When playing CSGO, I usually get above 200 FPS, but during idle or comp matches I drop to around 150 and sometimes as low as 110-120, which affects my aim. I’ve updated all software and chipsets, everything’s current. I’m curious if there’s something missing or if I should be expecting higher FPS. Thanks!

There are no frame limiters affecting your performance. You're already achieving 150-200 FPS with your GTX 1050 Ti and i7-8750H.

Have you considered using external frame limiters? In CS:GO, FPS_max is set to 0.

The FPS limit should boost your frame rate, but I’m stuck at 200 instead of higher. Probably not the problem.
