It seems strange or unusual how my system is configured. I'm using Asus 1660TI boosting to 1890, and a few games work well but the GPU stays around 95% to 100%. The ones I mentioned are:
-Scum
-Hunter: The Call the Wild
-The forest
-Flashing Lights
There will likely be more games you can add to the list. But some titles like GTAV, Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege, and Farming Simulator cause issues when running flight sims. Even at 100%, it still runs smoothly on my 27-inch 2460x1440 display at 140Hz or higher. However, for streaming, I prefer games that run at 80% or less so the remaining 20% to 30% can be used for OBS without lag. The games I listed don’t require much, but BOY!!! it’s really eating my GPU up! That’s also happening at 1440p. But with Hunter: The Call the Wild, it doesn’t improve if you’re at 1080p. Is it me or something else?

Adjust the frame rates so they never fall below their current maximum.

The updated OBS Studio beta resolves this lag problem.
1.) Ensure you have version 24.0.3 or higher.
2.) Launch OBS as an Administrator to apply the changes.
3.) Activate Game Mode in Windows 10.
4.) Reboot your computer after enabling Game Mode.
