Hi,
Before beginning, here’s what I’m using right now:
AMD Ryzen 9 3900X
32GB RAM
AMD Radeon RX580 8GB
Windows 11 Pro
SSD Main Drive

I switched to Windows 11 Pro when it was officially released. Prior to that, I experienced no issues with my games. After the switch, I still had no problems. Recently, though, I performed a fresh installation of Windows 11 Pro and now I’m facing some difficulties.
Certain titles perform well at maximum settings:
Black Mesa
Among Us
TESV: Skyrim Special Edition (with numerous mods)
Others with lower performance:
Valheim (under 10 fps even on low settings)
Final Fantasy XIV (2 fps)
GTA V (2 fps)

All my drivers are up to date. My current configuration matches exactly what it was before the new install. No new apps, no changes to settings—just nothing new.
Any assistance would be very much appreciated. Feel free to ask for more details if needed.
Thank you.

Your RAM is at 2133. You should try to raise it as much as possible. I would create a backup first, then turn on XMP in the BIOS and check again.

I'll address that directly. The reason your RAM speed might impact only certain titles instead of all of them is unclear.

Updating Valheim with Vulkan ensures smooth performance.
Playing Final Fantasy XIV on DirectX 9.0c enables it to run at over 100 fps.
Attempted to lower DirectX settings in GTA5, but only reached DirectX 10.0; still operates at 2 fps.
Now the problem appears with DirectX 11.
I will keep exploring this further.

FINAL UPDATE:
Citrix was the cause of all my problems. After removing it, everything functioned normally again.
