I experienced performance problems with my laptop during games, especially when using a 3050 Ti. The issue arose when the Intel graphics on my i7-11800H were under heavy load, particularly above 30% usage. After disabling BD PROCHOT in throttle stop conditions, the stuttering ceased and GPU usage dropped significantly. Could someone explain what might be causing this?

The intel GPU isn't active at the moment. The occasional stuttering could result from your laptop's firmware toggling between the 3050ti and Intel UHD graphics to conserve power when it senses the 3050ti isn't required. Don't overly focus on temperatures—laptops naturally heat up, that's just how they work. Any adjustment you made might have permanently turned off the Intel graphics, which is acceptable; you'll simply draw a bit more battery usage.

Unfortunately, my laptop lacks a MUX switch, so the 3050 Ti uses the Intel graphics. After further testing, it appears to stutter when the Intel GPU is under stress, and the "Desktop Windows Manager" process frequently spikes in usage during gameplay, putting extra strain on my Intel GPU.
