It occurs at first when I start playing, then it vanishes as I continue the game.

It seems related to the newest nVidia updates. I own the same GPU, and after the latest driver release, I began experiencing random stutters or freezes lasting about half a second in ACC every 2 to 5 minutes. It's really annoying because it would happen right before I entered a crucial corner. After doing a DDU and installing the older drivers I had before, the issue appears to have been resolved.

The problem persists this week on the 3080TI. I'm considering switching drivers to investigate further.

Ensure your Windows desktop isn’t displaying a slideshow background. That was affecting performance.
