I own an Intel i9-14900K with a 4060 Evo and 8GB RAM. My build includes a NZXT Kraken Elite AIO, 32GB Corsair Vengeance DDR5 (2x16), an Aorus Z790 Elite AX, and three Lian Li SL-120 fans set up with a 3 intake / 3 exhaust configuration. My AIO serves as the exhaust. I've run all possible fixes—cleaned windows, performed clean installs, checked SFC, updated drivers, applied the latest BIOS—but nothing resolves the issue. It only crashes in smaller games or Counter Strike 2, while Rainbow Six Siege X and Marvel Rivals are stable. I’m running out of ideas, please help.

The board received 15 bios updates after launch. Did you implement any of those changes?

It was my initial PC. Some of my friends, who had built many other systems, reviewed it and said everything was okay. I also used bottleneck calculators to confirm there weren't any performance issues.

The newest BIOS has been installed, along with the Mobo drivers. The CPU power settings have been adjusted to Intel's recommended values.

Did anyone mention a "bottleneck calculator" being fake? It seems to be just a way to push visitors to low-cost sites with questionable tools for beginners. That’s why your build is using too much CPU now. In any case, try removing one RAM stick and test it with 16GB memory to check stability.
