Minimal adjustments, 1080p resolution. Fortnite is my go-to game when I want to save power.

Yeah could be throttling how ever I suspect it also could be driver related! Or maybe it uses the Intel iGPU for some reason?

I'm not familiar with throttling, but I'll look into checking for dust in my fans. My CPU reaches 97°C and the GPU hits 91°C—definitely some throttling happening.
