it's recommended to avoid using 100% of the GPU power unless you're playing in high settings. It looks like you're running these games competitively, so your GPU shouldn't be at full capacity. To reach 100%, just increase the game settings to high or ultra.

well yea i use competitive settings i play 4:3 not even full hd but other games im geting really low fps bf1 im getting 30 to 40 fps gtav same deal like i used to play at higher fps like 2 years ago but im getting new psu soon i ordered it im waiting on it
