I didn't notice any differences in CS:GO GPU activity. CPU usage stayed between 45 and 60%, while the GPU reached a maximum of 53. CPU utilization ranged from 70 to 90%.

Your CPU might be limiting performance if it can't keep up with other components like the GPU or RAM.

I found a PSU from CoolerMaster, model MWE Bronze 600W V2, which is quite quiet. The Pure Power 11 Gold 500W seems to be the most affordable gold option I've seen. I'm not sure if gold is necessary, but bronze looks like a solid choice at TofuHaroto.

It's a solid pure power setup, though it varies based on your needs. You won't necessarily need it for your specific configuration.

Sure thing, thank you a lot. Even though things stayed the same, I learned a lot of new information.

As mentioned before, either the du, the PSU or the readings are incorrect.

In Rainbow Six Siege the GPU usage stays at 99% constantly during gameplay. It seems only a few matches are not utilizing it, or it's handling minefields like you mentioned—those readings don't match reality.
