If that applies (I haven’t used Ryzen yet, refer to the first post), I appreciate it but I won’t purchase a new 16GB DDR3 RAM priced between $70 to $100. The costs are too high for such outdated equipment... I’m not able to afford it.

I understand your point, just wanted to clarify it. It seems the issue is more related to Ryzen rather than Intel, but that doesn't diminish its impact. Best of luck resolving the problem.

It might have been a problem with Windows. This error occurred before. Reinstalling fixed it. A fresh installation is recommended. Get Windows from: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software.../windows10 Use the download tool. Connect via USB and run from there.

I came here because everything else seemed normal. It’s strange since most other issues are resolved. I managed to run Fallout 4 at full settings for long periods without trouble, and benchmarks showed everything stable. My thought was a critical DirectX 12 problem, but since Victoria 3 uses DirectX 11, it might be the cause.

Unlikely to be related to any game issue. Consider verifying your ME firmware and updating if necessary. Remember, your device is outdated, so you'll always have an older version available. Visit https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/...tware.html for more details. Run the tool, and check MSI's website for assistance.

This appears to be the management engine. The linked tool mentioned system issues, and the image comes from the MSI website.

Confirmed, only compatible with 6th generation and newer. Did you install this?

installed, restarted, and tested the system. Still encountered crashes after crashes. Removed and reinstalled the graphics driver using DDU, but issues persist. Discovered a discussion about a non-functional PC with specific CPU/GPU specs, though it seems unusual. Possibly the problem lies in my older hardware components like CPU, memory, or power supply. Can't afford to replace anything right now.

I might attempt a fresh installation of Windows. If you have any outdated HDDs or SSDs, remove them from the system (just the SATA connection) and keep only the boot drive. Run Windows while offline. Since this is your first time, turn off automatic driver setup. Install all necessary drivers, including chipset and Intel management features. I tried a similar configuration before and encountered some unusual problems that required another reinstall.

Sure, let me gather the details you need. PSU model, power output capacity, RAM configuration (single or dual channel), frequency (MHz), and performance metrics for idle and gaming scenarios.
