I'm still facing the same problem in a new game. It's getting frustrating. The system specs are listed, but performance hasn't improved much. After upgrading my graphics card from a 3070 Ti to a 4070 Ti, the speed seems to have dropped instead of increased. I'm seeing lower frame rates on all settings except for Cyberpunk, which now runs smoothly at 60fps thanks to the RTX. The BIOS was reinstalled, but I'm not sure if the 4070 Ti was a real upgrade. I expected more than zero improvement, especially with the GPU usage reported by the game.

No, I didn't use DDU for that purpose.

I've never come across DDU before, I just installed it and thought about trying it, why would I do that?

It seems the fix worked mostly. The current setup uses about 45% GPU power, and now we're hitting 144 fps at high settings. That’s the maximum speed, so thank you for the update!
