Are you constantly swapping out computer motherboards, and do you then need to re-install Windows?
I attempted fresh installations on various hard drives, even exploring alternative options for documentation’s sake. My initial motherboard was an Asus Prime B350 Plus; I also had a spare ASRock H61M-VS – both experienced this problem. Subsequently, I acquired a new Asus Prime B450 Plus in the hope of resolving it, as that seemed like the most logical solution, but unfortunately, I’m still encountering the same issue.
Let’s try a process of elimination; I need your feedback on whether something is feasible or your opinion on it, considering you all have tech experience—or at least, I'm hoping you do.
Could a motherboard, due to issues like damaged traces or static electricity, create sections within games that perform smoothly while other areas run poorly and slowly?
Nope. That’s probably the problem with your graphics card and not enough random access memory.
