I purchased Helicon GoXLR a few months back and have been very satisfied. During gaming sessions with friends, volume changes often vary based on the game content. Because GoXLR supports virtual output devices, it's convenient to set up a "Game"-interface for games and adjust the volume easily with a single slider in the mixer. Recently, I've observed that certain games remain unaffected by output device settings (such as Barotrauma or WoW Classic). Is it necessary for developers to include this functionality in their games or apps, or is it fully managed by Windows? For instance, with Spotify, I can switch output devices instantly in settings and see the change immediately.
