Hi there. After spending two decades as a dedicated console gamer, I'm stepping into a new phase. I'm taking things gently at first, enjoying free titles like Warframe, Fortnite, Destiny 2, and The Division. My goal is to dive into Warzone, Control, Cyberpunk 2077, and similar games on PC instead of sticking with my PS4 Pro. My setup includes a 2060 i5-10400f, 16GB RAM, 600W power, a 144Hz monitor, and a 4K 60Hz display. With some optimization, I can hit around 125 in Destiny 2, especially when effects are enabled and enemies are plentiful. I know D2 won't be as demanding as some upcoming titles. Hopefully, someone can share some tips—it's a real change of pace. It feels like I've been missing the action for a while. Thanks a lot! P.S. Maury's wigs are definitely worth the investment.

Certainly! Let me know if you have any specific tastes in genres like FPS, RTS, or others.

I have a wide range of preferences. I enjoy action-packed games, first-person shooters, titles like Call of Duty and Battlefield, as well as sports and drama series such as AC and Read Dead. Mostly the major AAA releases.

Most of what I've played has been on PS4 or 360/PS3 before. But I'm flexible—I was mainly curious about running those titles, such as Warzone and Cyberpunk. I already have Warzone on my PS4, which is a huge download!

Consider playing Witcher 3, Assasins Creed: Odyssey, Final Fantasy XV, Skyrim, Fallout. Right now I’m spending most of my time on games such as Mordhau and Dead by Daylight. I don’t really enjoy Battle Royale titles. A key advantage of PC gaming is the ability to mod games—you can customize everything you want in Fallout and Skyrim. (My Skyrim setup already has over 700 mods.)

Mods can be safe if chosen carefully, but it's important to research thoroughly.

Warzone likely requires more than 120GB, but it should work well with most 1080p Ultra games while maintaining over 60 FPS on a 144Hz display. Running 4K in those titles probably won’t be feasible.

My Warzone is using 185 GB on my PS4 Pro. It seems the full game version is causing higher usage. I’m happy with 120+ frames per second at 1440p over 4K at 60 fps.

uncertain about hardware tips or game picks, but I’m leaning toward hardware advice. Your setup looks great for 1080p at a high refresh rate—144Hz display works fine. Unless you plan to upgrade, staying on 1080p seems safe for the next couple of years. If you want to keep up with future tech, consider moving to 1440p high refresh games later. Overall, your rig is well-balanced from both GPU and CPU sides.
