I just purchased a new PC and everything is working fine with 32-bit games, but when I attempt 64-bit titles an error appears stating "Game" has stopped functioning. Intel Core i5-4590 3.30 GHZ GTX 750 8GB RAM Windows 7 Ultimate edition 64 Bit Thank you for your assistance.

Which games? If they're too demanding, that 750 will vanish completely

Consider testing the games in compatibility mode. I wasn't sure why this was the issue, but it resolved a similar concern for me.
