Solving the Thor 210 RGB keyboard issue
Solving the Thor 210 RGB keyboard issue
Hi guys, I purchased the "Thor 210 rgb" keyboard and am really satisfied with it, but I'm facing an issue. The "G" key isn't functioning correctly—I have to press it multiple times until it works. Anyone have any suggestions? Maybe I should unscrew it and clean it with spirits or try a restart. Any advice would be appreciated!
It seems unlikely the issue stems from a driver problem. I recommend beginning with a manual driver reinstall. Obtain the driver directly from the manufacturer's website. Reinstall and adjust the keyboard drivers. Avoid using third-party tools or installers.
How recently did you buy the keyboard? Is there still warranty coverage?
Check if the keyboard works on another functioning computer.
Try another working keyboard on your current machine.
Assess whether the issue is with the keyboard itself or remains tied to the host system.
You might be able to clean or repair the G key. If this fails, the manufacturer could argue a warranty violation.
Confirm if the keyboard is the root cause. If warranty is still valid, proceed accordingly.
