Hi everyone,
My issue seems straightforward but it hasn't been mentioned by anyone else.
My mouse looks like it's under the influence, kind of like a software weight. It begins to move when I touch my hand and stops once I release it. This keeps happening even after a restart. I tried removing all USB drivers and rebooting again, but it still works. It also disappears when it appears on its own.
I'm really puzzled and can't figure out what's going on. The only changes I've made are to the GPU. My monitor is a 50-inch TV, which failed due to an electrical issue, and that's all. It happens even when I plug in different devices.
Please help me understand.

Specs:
GPU 1050 TI
Motherboard MSI b550m pro-vdh WiFi
16 GB RAM (can't recall vendor without unmounting CPU cooler)
CPU Ryzen 5 3600
SSD Adata sx6000pnp 256 GB
Seagate 1TB st1000dm003
PSU 850W MSI MPG A850GF
Mouse Canyon cnd-sgm6n

What is the build and model of your mouse? Is this problem recurring on another system using the same drivers? You mentioned being on Windows 11 and made a GPU and display upgrade. Did you remove all GPU drivers via DDU from Intel, AMD, and Nvidia, then manually install the newest ones in an elevated command, such as right-clicking the installer and selecting Run as Administrator? If so, what is the make and model of your motherboard? What is the BIOS version for it?

Maybe you've already attempted to reverse this change first?

I'll provide this information soon. Currently, I'm not at home, but I used DDU and then had to completely erase my whole drive and reinstall Windows. I don't think I can go back.

Exactly what modifications were made is unclear. I didn’t replace the whole video card, but only adjusted the driver version or a few settings. There’s limited change possible, and some adjustments may not be reversible. Please clarify what you meant.

The old card is now sold, and I have 1050 ti now.
I recall my motherboard was an MSI B550M Pro with WiFi.
The CPU is a Ryzen 5 3600.
I own both SSDs—one has the OS installed and the other is an HDD.
Since I’m not pushing heavy loads, my PSU is 800 Watts, which I think is sufficient.
The mouse came with a receipt from Canyon Cnd-SGm6n.

Does your wireless mouse have a full charge?

It isn't wireless and it works with other mice as well.

I just verified. The most recent BIOS is installed.
I'm considering installing Windows 10 now to test its impact...

Update your post with complete hardware details and operating system information.
Disk drive(s): make, model, capacity, current usage?
The mouse actions indicate, based on my observation, that the input from moving the mouse might be:
1) temporarily stored and postponed, or
2) interfering with another process before it runs.
Check Task Manager, Resource Monitor, and Process Explorer (Microsoft, free) to analyze performance.
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysint...s-explorer
Run each tool individually, keeping them open one at a time.
Leave the window open to monitor changes.
Start with nothing, then gradually test while the system stabilizes.
It may require some experimentation to identify what triggers the erratic mouse movement—possibly background processes responding to mouse activity.
