My PC specs: GTX 1650s, Core i3 9100F, 8GB RAM, 2400 MHz, Windows 10.
After launching GTA V today, the story mode loaded in 10 minutes, unlike yesterday when it worked smoothly at high settings.
When it started playing, I saw only 5-10 FPS. I adjusted the Nvidia 3D settings and tried entering alternate options, but nothing improved. The GPU and CPU temperatures are under 50, so it’s not overheating.
I couldn’t find a solution and need help.
P.S. Other games run well at high settings.

GTA runs a high-priority thread that halts other processes until it finishes, but because it requires data from these threads, it becomes very slow. Rockstar is famous for banning everyone for anything, so use at your own risk. See the documentation here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows...priorities. Thank you for your feedback. I believe the process is working well now, just need to understand how to recreate previous steps.
