Hi everyone
sorry for my English not being native.
3 days ago I still used An phenom x2 555be unlocked to a b55 3.5ghz stable on an msi 770-c45 mobo. I sold the mobo and cpu together, but now the buyer can't open the cores no matter what they do. He says his monitor turns dark and his PC doesn’t shut down—just the lights are on. He uses the same mobo and CPU, why would he have any issues unlocking it when I had no problems? I checked his settings and they’re all set correctly. Any ideas?

It might be another factor at play, such as a low wattage power supply.

It might be another factor at play, like a low-wattage power supply. He mentioned having 430 watts, which should be sufficient to get the system running.

Typically requires a slightly increased voltage during the unlock process.
