I keep hibernation off and use the smallest page file possible. You probably won’t see any changes, but I prefer having just enough instead of nothing.

I’ve noticed some games prefer the page file turned on. I’ve configured mine to about 1GB to 2GB just in case. These settings are often turned off by default.

My drive is on an HDD and it's functioning well. There was one time the HDD wasn't detected during startup, causing Windows to run very slow and laggy. Now I have a 400MB pagefile on the SSD just in case that situation arises again.
