Hello, Before I begin, I already tried msconfig but it didn’t help. The memory diagnostic didn’t display any results either, and the only program showing up is both RAM sticks, though BIOS and Windows are only recognizing one. It seems like my CPU might have bent pins or something similar. My RAM has three bent pins, and it’s giving me a training error. There’s an error message from the memory PWM at socket 0 channel 0 dimm 1 after I changed it to 3200MHz. My processor supports up to 3200MHz, but I’m not sure how it handles bent pins. Now I’m switching RAM to A1 B1 instead of A2 B2, and the PWM error still shows only 8GB out of 16GB. I’m starting to think there might be a motherboard issue.
