Hello, I recently bought a custom-built PC online and have encountered problems when trying to run any game on it. For instance, games like GTA V, Genshin Impact, and League of Legends load properly, but once inside the game, the screen freezes briefly, followed by a brief blackout on the monitors, after which the game becomes unresponsive or crashes.
I have updated and adjusted all my drivers, reinstalled software, restored Windows, and attempted troubleshooting independently, yet I still can't identify the root cause of the issues.
