Software Recommendations for Help Desk! @ On-Premise or Cloud Options?
Looking for straightforward IT support tools you can set up locally. I’m avoiding hosted options that limit control. Spiceworks works well but is too complex for my needs. OSTicket and SugarCRM are options I’ve seen, though neither feels modern or user-friendly on mobile. Any suggestions for simpler alternatives would be great!
I've experimented with Hesk a bit and thought it's quite interesting for a simple ticketing and knowledgebase solution. Not sure about its performance on mobile devices. http://www.hesk.com
