Software Programs Become White Then Revert

Hi everyone, I've been using my PC for some time now. Recently, my desktop apps have been flickering—showing up as white screens for about a second before returning. I’m not sure if this is just a refresh or if files are corrupted. I’ve restarted the computer and checked various online solutions, but nothing helps. My other PC with the same issue also got wiped clean and the problem stayed. Thanks, Alex.

This typically occurs when the windows stops working properly. It could result from being too sluggish and failing to keep up.

It depends on your setup—whether the HDD is connected to an SSD via a controller or if it's directly attached.
