Software offers more precise control for overclocking compared to BIOS settings.
You can achieve higher overclocking levels with software because it allows more precise control over voltage, frequency, and timing settings. In BIOS you’re limited by the hardware defaults and safety margins, which can cap performance. With software tools you can fine-tune parameters to push your CPU closer to its maximum potential.
This device doesn't start or load from the BIOS when overclocked, nor does it run stably under stress tests unless it's specifically tuned with XTU. If the first scenario applies, your overclocking might be unstable, causing boot failures or crashes. Once inside Windows, it functions normally since a PC startup can reveal hidden issues.
Make OS tweaks using XTU, then run Cinebench r23 to check stability. Apply the stable settings from the BIOS.
