Hello, your issue began around a week ago. The play/pause button isn’t responding on Spotify, though the other controls do work. Recently, pressing the "F" key behaves like the play/pause function and doesn’t light up when pressed. Previous fixes didn’t help: 1) Using a different USB port didn’t resolve it. 2) Disabling the Human Interface Device service worked temporarily, but other media keys still malfunctioned. My keyboard is a RedDragon Magic-wand Pro (K587), I’ve used it for about 1.5 to 2 years without any problems. I’m running Windows 10 Pro. New issue: All media keys are turning on and off randomly, skipping tracks and jumping back to the previous one. Please assist me.
