When several users connect to a single computer, their actions influence one another. If someone removes a file, others can't access it anymore. What were your intentions?

You're considering a multi-user OS setup. While possible, Windows might not be the best fit—Unix-based systems seem more suitable. I haven't looked into it thoroughly, but I'm confident it's achievable. Feasibility really depends on what you need.
