I'm searching for a free zip tool that functions on your system. I attempted to install Winzip but couldn't locate its file, and the folder appears empty. Could someone recommend any other open-source zip software that works?

7-Zip is available at its official site: http://www.7-zip.org/. ALTools offers ALzip as another option: http://www.altools.com/. I'm open to trying both.
