Your PC displays a warning about not unplugging the USB drive, even though your boot drive is an SSD connected directly to the motherboard via SATA. Each time you start up, it shows this message. You want Windows to understand that your boot drive is actually a SATA SSD, not a USB stick.
Your SSD is configured as the boot drive within your BIOS settings.
I've encountered this before, mostly because of a shutdown error. The "Shut down" button in the Start menu works, but otherwise just disregard it. Since I keep my computer running continuously, it only bothers me during reboots.
