Have you explored MSI Afterburner? It tracks your CPU, GPU and RAM, making it useful for benchmarking since all information is saved in one file, eliminating the need to merge data from various parts later.

It keeps track of temperature. You might need to turn on the temperature monitoring in the settings.

I also used the Gigabyte EZ-Tune. Although the details seem inaccurate, the temperatures look accurate.

Examine the issue and notice any warmth—could be quite intense. Look for a Windows update or refresh the BIOS, as some drivers might help.
