I’m searching for a tool that lets you effortlessly connect folders across your system. You want it to automatically sync files in real time, start up with the computer, and run silently without any manual input. It should also handle syncing when USB devices are plugged in, send files directly to OneDrive, keep backup copies at set times, remove outdated files, and let you skip certain items. You’re looking for something affordable yet effective—no need for expensive solutions.

It seems to be looking good, but there isn’t a live sync feature visible. I’ll take it into account.

Choose Modify, then "When". You'll find an option to sync only when files change. This comes after setting up a sync profile.
