Hello, after updating to Ubuntu 16.04 I’m having trouble adjusting my monitor settings. I’m using an iGPU with an i7-8700k on an ASRock Z370 EXTREME 4 and have two monitors connected. They’re both working but they mirror the desktop instead of expanding it. I previously faced serious graphics issues before; the desktop would refresh slowly, taking about a second. I’m not very familiar with Linux, so I tried installing Windows 8.1 on another partition and updated all drivers there. I also noticed that changing monitor settings in Windows was possible, but not in Linux. I had a stable system with dual monitors expanded before, experiencing the same issues during installation. Once I switched to Windows, those problems disappeared completely. I set the main GPU to internal in the BIOS. All software and driver updates are installed. All drivers are from the manufacturer and are Windows executables—how do I locate the correct one?
