Two of my three computers have an issue in Windows 10 (can't rename folders, even new ones). The third one works fine. All three are running Windows 10 version 22H2. I'm trying to figure out why the one that allows renaming doesn't work for the others. Is there any software that can fix this? I haven't found anything except network routers.

Did you execute DISM and SFC on the affected systems? Have you added any new software recently?

DISM = No component store corruption detected
SFC = Multiple files marked as having duplicate ownership.

Did SFC resolve the problems? It seems it failed to deliver a clear summary.
