We buy items from Amazon, eBay and other platforms. We need a tool that gathers data from these sites and maintains our purchase logs. Is there such software available?

You can obtain an EBay purchase history download by entering date ranges. The file is available as a zip for download.
Choose "My Ebay" / Account and request your Ebay data.

It should be quite simple to save the data into files (Excel, CSV, etc.) that can be quickly searched and analyzed using a database like Access.
