You can transfer your programs to a USB drive without reinstalling. This way you can use the new drive for installation and testing. There are also free tools available that make this process easier.

The main issue here is that reinstalling the OS might cause problems because the programs are tailored to the current system setup. It’s unclear how effective cloning would be, but you might want to try it. For a safer approach, prepare a list of all desired or needed programs and download their installers beforehand to an external storage device. This way, during reinstallation you only need to connect the drive and install without further hassle. Including drivers in this process would also be useful for updating them.

I plan to keep the installer file. I saved them because they’re pirated, and it would take too long to redo them.
