Experiences similar problems with all the apps. It wouldn't be considered a major issue. Has been very effective for me over the past time.

It seems you're questioning the legitimacy of certain software claims. For keeping drivers updated, you should regularly check with your motherboard and GPU manufacturers. Windows 10 handles most updates automatically.

I've changed only one driver in the last year, mainly for my aging R9 285. Its motherboard driver is nearly as outdated as my Windows setup, which has been around about a year now.

The iobit one isn't too bad, but it doesn't make sense to pay for an account when the free version does the same things... it's best not to rely on any other iobit product, except for their unique offering—great for removing unnecessary software.
