I've been using my G502 with LGS for a while and everything seems configured correctly. I've checked the software, enabled it in both TuneUp and Task Manager, and even tried scheduling it to start automatically. I also updated the settings.json and set autostart to true, but nothing is working. It's using Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit. Any advice?

I encountered an issue. Reinstalling resolved it for me.

Attempted before, failed. Tried again now, still unsuccessful. Might it relate to the fact that you set it as Admin? Starting it differently wouldn't help recognizing your mouse.

Hi, for Windows 7 64 bit users, here are some steps to try. Open the hidden files folder on your computer (enable hidden files view). Navigate to C:\Users\REPLACE WITH YOUR USERNAME\AppData\Local\Logitech\Gaming Software. Locate several XML files there and move them to a temporary directory. This should prevent starting the program later. Then, import your profile backups. It seems a corrupted XML file might be the cause, and this should resolve the issue temporarily. I hope this helps!

You should delete both the profile XMLs and the other XML files. After that, simply reinstall or restart the program.

I moved them temporarily to another folder. Once fixed, I plan to import them back in. That’s what I believe he meant.

It depends on the specific app. I don't have information about other apps unless you share more details.

I attempted but got nothing. No. Also, I mentioned using Win8.1 pro... Could you clarify where this came from?
