Your wireless runner should let you connect to your router and turn off internet access for devices when required.

Identifying which device consumes the most bandwidth will be challenging unless your router or server already tracks network usage. You can restrict specific applications by blocking their ports in the firewall settings until performance stabilizes, then remove the block for that service.

You can use your router's admin panel to block the IP addresses you've identified. Since you have admin access, navigate to the security or firewall section and add the blocked IPs there.

I need to set up your modem with the router. Since you're unsure about the OEM, follow these general steps: connect the modem to the router using the TP link cable. Power them on and wait for a short cooldown period before testing. If you can't access the TP link, try connecting directly to the modem's internet port. Once connected, configure the modem settings according to your ISP instructions. Let me know if you need further guidance!
