It’s feasible to install two SODIMM modules with varying CL speeds in a laptop—CL19 in one slot and CL15-17-17 in another. Performance may vary depending on the specific speeds and the motherboard support, but it won’t necessarily cause major issues as long as the slots are compatible.

It should work as expected. The system will operate using the slower module among the two. I'm currently using mismatched speeds on my laptop.

The system will operate using the slowest timing available across both sticks' specifications. I own a 2666 CL19 with 2133 CL15 and 2400 CL17 settings, and after adding the 2400 CL16 kit, it switches to 2400 CL18 since the updated stick lacks a 2400 CL17 option.
