Hi, I own 16 GB of RAM that runs at 3200 mhz with the HyperX predator model. I successfully overclocked it to 3800 mhz CL17 with a CommandRate of 1 and voltages set to 1.37 V for vccsa and 1.15 V for vccio. Is this a good result? Also, is there any benchmark where I can see the improvement? I now get +2 FPS on average in some games. Thanks for your answers. My PC specs are: an Intel i7-8086K processor running at 5 GHz OC with 1.28 V voltage, an MSI Z370 A-PRO motherboard, HyperX RAM, a GTX 1080 Ti Gaming X card from MSI, and noctua NH-U14S cooling.

Klesa, If it's actually stable, that's awesome! Yes, you can test it out with a benchmark, but you can also figure out the real delay. Here is how to find the formula: 1 divided by 1 divided by 2 DDR in GHz multiplied by Column Latency equals True Latency in nanoseconds. So... Half Double Data Rate (DDR) becomes Single Data Rate (SDR). If DDR 3200MHz means 3.2GHz, then SDR 1600MHz is 1.6GHz. Column Latency (CL) is 16. That gives you 1 divided by 1.6 times 16 equals 10.00ns for True Latency And... Half Double Data Rate (DDR) becomes Single Data Rate (SDR). If DDR 3800MHz means 3.8GHz, then SDR 1900MHz is 1.9GHz. Column Latency (CL) is 17. That gives you 1 divided by 1.9 times 17 equals 8.95ns for True Latency Although you've increased your memory frequency by...
