Seems your system is throttling performance. Try MSI Afterburner and utilize the in-game display to monitor temperatures.

Check the usage rates and clock speeds for the CPU and GPU. See how they’re performing after 30 minutes.

I can describe "really bad" performance as a significant drop in frame rates—starting from an average below what’s comfortable and hitting a low FPS around 1% and again at the 30th frame. Your 30-second and 60-second averages should be noticeably lower than expected. Check your CPU and GPU stats, but also look for signs of overheating or memory bottlenecks. Monitor clock speeds over time to see if they’re gradually decreasing.

GPU is functioning properly, yet the i5 12400f encounters a performance limitation; please consider this.

CPU activity spikes during drops? Confirm by testing with the Furmark test for a short time and checking the CPU's heat levels. A steady issue isn't a one-time spike.

Max GPU temperature reached 69°C, with a hotspot between 82-83°C.

Great approach. Begin by navigating to Event Viewer via Win+S and typing 'Event Viewer'. Look for the "Administrative Events" tab under "Custom Views". Check for any error entries. Next, launch HWiNFO in 'Sensors only' mode and run it in the background. Open Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc) and monitor CPU and disk usage over a few minutes. If usage spikes, switch to Task Manager via alt-tab and verify the increase. If needed, terminate the suspicious process. If not, examine system temperatures using HWinfo.
