Hi. I have a problem with Smart-ID app . It has been working without any issues for several years on an Android phone on both 4G and WiFi. Yesterday, when I start the application it started saying that it cannot connect due to the internet connection timeout. 1. I tried another phone and it has the same problem. 2. I tried using 4G instead of WiFi, then it works OK 3. Tried changing DNS servers on WiFi router (8.8.8.8, 1.1.1.1, etc), it did not help. (There have no been any changes in the settings on this TP-Link router for a long time, so there have been no changes that could cause the problem) 4. Called Internet provider and they told that everything looks ok on their side. Any ideas on what the problem could be or how to debug it? Basically the Smart-ID app does not connect from WiFi (2 phones tested) but works from 4G. Thanks!

In two days the issue vanished. The source of the problem remains unclear—whether it came from the internet service provider or the Smart-ID service.
