It's been two weeks since the update. During gameplay, Apex Legends occasionally lagged briefly before shifting position, similar to a cut in a 20-second video. I monitor FPS, CPU, GPU, RAM usage and temperatures using "MSI Afterburner" and "RivaTuner Statistics Server." Everything appears normal. CPU usage stays between 20-25% (temperatures 60-80°C), GPU usage 40-55% (55-65°C), RAM around 6-8 GB, and FPS caps at 70 on a 60Hz monitor. I've reinstalled the game twice, tried Windows 10 custom install (Revi OS: https://www.revi.cc/revios/download), updated drivers, and used "Driver Booster" (https://www.iobit.com/en/driver-booster.php). BIOS is current. I've followed various YouTube guides but haven't seen any improvements. Running diagnostics: sfc /scannow (no errors), Windows Memory Diagnostic (no errors), CHKDSK (no errors). System specs: CPU Ryzen 5600X, RAM 16GB Corsair, GPU MSI GTX 1660 Ventus XS OC 6GB, stress tests completed. CPU ran at full capacity with no crashes or drops; GPU stayed stable, max 86°C; RAM showed no issues. LatencyMon tests during gameplay and browsing (Brave, Firefox) also passed. Anyone have suggestions for resolving this?

It might be packet loss either over LAN or due to Wi-Fi interference causing lag spikes. Consider using the driver from the manufacturer's website instead. Sometimes these pre-packaged drivers have performance problems. Run the game in windowed or borderless mode; fullscreen will cause spikes when switching tabs.

It's not related to packet loss. I've already verified that. The stuttering feels consistent every 1 or 2 meters. I have a video, but I'm not sure if it's suitable to share here.

Someone recently advised me to stop using TPM. I also try that now. I’m really confused about what to do next.
