Are there any programs active in the background? You can remove all drivers using DDU and replace them with the correct ones. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, you may need to reinstall Windows as your best option.

I restored Windows and it functioned properly, but once I upgraded the GPU the lag returned. You might have removed the drivers and installed an older driver version beforehand.

With DDU you can remove every driver you have installed and then upgrade the latest versions or try alternatives that suit you better.

I reinstalled the drivers, but it didn’t fix anything. Then I removed my second monitor and it worked again. Probably because the stuttering started after the driver update affected the second monitor.
