Details: Ryzen 3900x with 4.275ghz all cores, Trident Z 3600mhz, 4x16gb RAM, 250gb SSD, 850evo SSD (Windows 10), 2tb M.2 drive for gaming, 2x 8tb Seagate drives (backup), Crosshair hero VIII, WiFi, Radeon RX 6800xt, Red Devil graphics card. I use two 34-inch ultra-wide monitors and one 3440x1440 with two 2560x1080 displays. I experience minor stutters in games when windows are minimized or maximized; full screen eliminates them. I’ve disabled background programs, updated drivers, reinstalled BIOS, changed the 4G decoder and Rebar settings, adjusted Smart Access Memory, disabled Multi-plane Overlay, swapped DP cables, and reinstalled Windows 10 after an 8-month period. The issue persists, especially with full screen and older titles. I’m frustrated trying to resolve this.

Is the issue still present with just one monitor? Have you considered disabling TPM/fTPM?

Same problem with only one monitor connected. I'll check if I can disable TPM.

Have you considered setting the FPS to 61? This adjustment helps eliminate the micro-stutter I experienced when locking it at 60 FPS, but it works best at 61 for optimal smoothness.

On average, my games perform above 140 frames per second, indicating no performance limitations.

I understand Nvidia offers a configuration where free sync/gsync distinguishes between windowed and full-screen modes. Unless you enable gsync for both, windowed performance tends to lag behind full-screen in comparison. Look into your AMD control panel to verify if this setting exists.

I noticed a post on the dark web suggesting setting my driver to 22.5.1, which turned out to be 22.4.2. So far, it seems like the issue has largely disappeared. I've tried a few different games and haven't seen any microstutters yet. The only drawback I see is reduced performance in certain titles, especially Minecraft. Thanks for all the assistance.
